Official Rules of the CoolRacer Promotional Contest "Win Your Dream Car"
1. Contest Organization
The promotional contest "Win Your Dream Car" (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") is organized by CoolRacer Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). The purpose of this contest is to offer participants the chance to win a modified car, showcased through multiple episodes broadcast on CoolRacer’s official YouTube channel.

2. Participation Conditions

2.1 Eligibility
The Contest is open to all individuals residing in Canada who are at least 16 years old at the time of participation.

2.2 Participation Requirements
To enter, a purchase must be made from the official CoolRacer store. A proof of purchase (receipt) must be retained, as it may be required to claim the prize if selected as the winner.

3. Contest Process
3.1 Random Draw
The winner will be selected randomly using the "Gateway Ninja" random draw software on a predetermined date.

3.2 Rescheduling in Case of Technical Issues
If the software encounters a malfunction or bug, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the draw to a later date.

3.3 Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on CoolRacer’s official social media channels. The winner must agree to participate in a promotional video at the time of the key handover.

4. Prize Awarding Conditions
4.1 Eligibility Verification
To receive the prize, the winner must provide valid proof of purchase.

4.2 Tax Coverage
All applicable taxes will be paid by CoolRacer Inc.

4.3 Prize Handover
The winner must appear at the location determined by the Organizer to receive the prize. Travel expenses related to the handover will be covered by CoolRacer.

4.4 Optional Delivery
If requested, the car may be delivered to the winner’s residence.
​
4.5 Insurance Requirement
The winner must provide valid proof of insurance before the keys are handed over.

5. Liability and Warranties
5.1 Inspection and Restoration
CoolRacer will conduct a full restoration and inspection of the vehicle before awarding the prize.

5.2 No Warranty
No mechanical warranty will be provided for the vehicle.
​
5.3 Claim Deadline
The winner has 90 days from the announcement date to claim the prize. After this period, the vehicle will be re-entered into a future draw.

6. General Conditions
6.1 Compliance with Laws
This Contest is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Canada.

6.2 Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if unforeseen circumstances require it.

6.3 No Cash Alternative
No cash or credit alternative will be offered in place of the prize.

6.4 Fraud and Disqualification
Any attempt at fraud or tampering with the Contest will result in the cancellation of the participation in question.

Employees of CoolRacer Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
